The Hobson's Bay Railway Collision. Melbourne, September 20.
Melbourne, September An inquiry into the Jolimont railway accident has resulted in finding that the same was due to the dangerous condition of the tire ,of the wheel. The Court further found that the management of the Hobson's Bay Railway tfas very lax, btit could not fix upon any individual the responsibility. , It is understood that £35,000 will be required to pay liabilities arising out of the late railway) accident at Jolimont.
