Nominations for Handicaps and entrance for Maiden Plate to be sent to the Secretary Waikato Turf Club, Hamilton, on or before Friday, November 11th; weights to be declared on the 15th. Acceptances received up to Friday, 25th, at 7 p.m. Entrance money enclosed, with the name, age, and pedigree of horse and colors of rider. No entry will be received for any race only on conditions that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards or whom they may appoint, and their deoisions upon all points shall be final. All races to be run under the V.R.C. rules. Any jockey riding except in the colors entered will be fined 3sovs. No entry will be received on any pretence whatever after the hour named, or without being acoompanicd by the necessary amount of cash. All persons intending to withdraw horses are requested to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or the Clerk of the Scales one half hour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine not exceeding 5 hoys. to the Race Fund. AH protests must be accompanied with a deposit of 5 soys., which sura will be forfeited to the Race Fund if the protest is not sustained. Owaers of horses who ace not members of the Club pay 1 aov.
