He won Second prize at the Highland Society's Show at Stirling in 1873. The Premiums of the Glasgow Agricultural Society in 1876 and 1877, First Prize at the Highland >ooiety'H Show at Edinburgh in 1877 ; and the Champion Cup at the Highland and Agricultural Society's Show at Dumfries 1878, and many other prizes since, &c, &c.
