PROSPECTUS OF TEE HAMILTON PUBLIC HALL COMPANY, LIMITED. CAPITAL £1100 In 1100 shares of £1 each, of which 350 paid up shares will be held by the present holders of the hall, and 750 offered to the public on the following terras : Is per share on application, Is per share on allotment, and half-yearly call of Is 6d per share until the shares are paid up, being 1 2 calls of Is 6d per share, extending over a peiiod of 6 years. The building will then be free of all encumbrances, and be at the disposal of the shareholders. The shares in this Company will be transferable.
