It is anticipated that all the 12 calls of Is 6d will not be required, but that the rental of the hall being placed to the oredit of the shareholders, the shares will be paid up in about four years. The building will then be free of all encumbrances, and be at the disposal of the shareholders. The shares in this Company will be transferable. Application* for shares will be received by the Directors and the Secretary.
