In the matter of " The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876," and the various amendments thereof, and of the Bankruptcy of WILLIAM HENRY GOODWIN laborer, of Hamilton, in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony New Zealand, a Debtor. This is^to notify that at the first meeting of the Creditora of the above-named William Henry Goodwin, held in the the District Court House, Hamilton, Thomas .Charles Hammond, accountant, was elected Creditors' Trustee in Bankruptcy of the property of the said Debtor, and that the said Thomas Charles Hammond has siguified in writing to me his acoeptanoe of the said Trusteeship, and I hereby certify the said election, and acceptance, as aforesaid.
