September Serious disturbances occurred to-day at Cairo. A large body of Egyptian troops, with officers, assembled before the palace of the- Khedive, aud demanded that the Assembly oi: Nobles should "be called together, and the present Ministers be dismissed. l The' Khedive, after considering the demand, caused the troops to'be informed'that he'would grant their request for the dismissal of the Ministers.
