American Opinion upon O'Donovjjc Rossi. —A New York telegram says :—: — "The rapourings and utterances of O'Donovan Kossa are regarded here as simply idiotic, and no attention is paid to w hat he say a: He bas no following worth mentioning. Sensible Irishmen consider him a fool> and the Americans a knave, endeavouring to swindle nervant jriris out of their hard earnings.
