JTIAKE NOTICE, the Tamahere HighX way District Eoard propose to stop the undermentioned roads, and with consent of owners take land for roads in lieu thereof. Plans and accurate descriptions may be inspected by ratepayers at the residence of the undersigned, for twelve consecutive weeks from the date hereof. Roads to be Closed. 1. A portion of a road containing 1 acre, 1 perch ; bounded northwesterly by Lot 44, Parish of Tamahere, the property of J. A. Tinne, Esq., 2. Portions of the road containing in all 3 acres, 1 rood 18 perches; bounded on the west by Lots 67 and G8; and on the east, by Lot 6S Parish of Tamahere, the property of E. J. Tinne, Esq. 3.
