IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF AUCKLAND, HOLDEN AT HAMILTON. In Bankruptcy. In the matter of "The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876," and the amendments thereof, and of the bankruptcy of WILLIAM HENRY GOODWIN, a Debtor. This is to notify that William Henry Goodwin of Hamilton, in the Provincial District of Auckland and Colony of New Zealand, a labourer, has filed a statement that he is unable to meet his engagements with hia creditors. The first meeting of creditors to be held at the Court-house, Hamilton, on Monday, the fifth day of September, 1881, at the hour of 3 o'clock in the afternoon.
