An accident occurred to a daughter of the Hey. James McWilliams, by which she lost her life. Her father was unlooding a cart, and by some unknown cause the blinkers came off the horae, which caused it to bolt, and the wheel of the cart passed over the neck ol the child who was playing in the yard, causing death almost immediately afterwards.
