Tiie Tunisian Difficulty. Paris, August 30.
Telegrams from Tunis announce that the Arabs in the neighbourhood of Louisa Port, on the Tunisian coast, hsve made threateaing demonstrations towards the inhabitants of the town, and the latter's position is considered unsafe. It is pro^ bable therefore that the body of French troops now in Tunis, will immediately occupy Louisa for the purpose of opposing the threatened attack by the Arabs.
