The Small-pox. Sydney, August 30.

Dv Bulleu has ten cases of supposed small-pox under observation. Another authenticated fresh case was repotted to the Health Board yesterday In the legislative Assembly Mr Copelaucl moved that an address be presented to the Governor declaring that the quarantining of healthy persons, houses supposed to be infected was cruel and tyrannical, and an infringment of the libery of the subject. Mr Wabon, the Colonial Treasurer, vindicated tbe action of Government in their efforts to stamp out the disease. He believed the time was not far distant when it would entirely disappear.
