The company is formed for the purpose of placing the Oddfellows' Hall, Hamilton, before the public. The Oddfellows' have expended about £1300 on the building, and it is subject to a mortgage of £750, which sum was borrowed 12 months ago on the security of the hall and site, for a term of 10 years. It is anticipated that all the 12 calls of Is 6d will not bo required, but that the rental of tho hall being placed to the credit of the shareholders, the shares will be paid up in about four years. The building will then be free of all encumbrances, and be at the disposal of the shareholders. The shares in this Company will be transferable. Applications for ahai es will be received by the Directors and the Secretary.
