In Bankruptcy.

In the matter of "The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876," and the Acts amending the same, and of the bankruptcy of FRANCIS CRAWFORD, a debtor.

This is to Notify that at the first meeting of the creditors of Francis Crawford, of Hamilton, in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, Carter, held at the District Court-house, at Hamilton aforesaid, this day, James Black, of Hamilton aforesaid, Accountant, was elected the Creditors' Trustee in Bankruptcy of the property of the said debtor, and that the said James Black has signified in writing to me his acceptance of the trusteeship j and I hereby certify the said election and acceptance as aforesaid. fpiHE Newcastle District Board purpose JL meeting on MONDAY, sth September, at Mr Kellow's Hotel, Whatawhata, for the purpose of making 1 a Rate of One Shilling in the £ on the rateable value of all property in the above district for the year ending March 31, 1882 ; said rate to become payable in one sum on Monday, September 19th, 1881, to James Wells, Collector for the District, at Mr Bailey's Store, Whatawhata, where the Rate Book is now open for inspection.
