London, August 22. — Consols have declined $ to 00. New /calami setontics have further declined 10s all round. To-day's quotations are as follows ' — Ihe 5 per cent. 10-40 loan is 104 ; the 5 pei cent 1889 loan i!> 103 ; the 42 per cent. 1879-190) loan is 100}. The market rate of discount has advanced J to 3 per cent. The bank rate remains at 3 per rent. Adelaide wheat, ex warehouse, has furthci advanced is to 565, and New Zealand wheat, ex ship, to $e,s 6d ; Adelaide flour, ex warehouse, is unchanged at 40s 6d
