Manifesto by Mr Parnell. London, August 17.
Mr Parnell has issued a manifesto an which he announces that he will continue the sigitntion for the redress of the grievance ft of the Irish tenants after the present cession of Parliament clones, when he will visit Ireland and address the people at various places. At the same time, however, he recommends that a fair trial Bhould be given to the working {of the Irish Land Act which has been passed by Parliament.
