The Afghan War. Calcutta, August 17.
Telegrams received to-day from Kandahar report that Ayoub Khan is experien* cinq some difficulty in the work of the concentration of his forces, and in consequence his advance is further delayed. Three of his regiments have refusea to march on Kandahar, and Ayoub has beetl compelled to disband them.
