The latest intelligence f rom Afiganiataa is to the effect that Ayoub Khan u tlill in the neighbourhood of Kandahar, where he is recruiting his forces, and making requisitions upon the inhabitants of thu district for supplies and arms, of Tfbioh he stands much in' need. His artillery is reported to be sufficiently strong, and fifteen of the Ameer's cannon captured at the battle of Karcz lUyiar last month are in consequence being sent to Herat.
