The Small-pox in Sydney. Sydney, August 2.
A fresh case of small- pox is reported to-day to the Health Board. The sufferer is a man named Parks, l'esiding in the suburb of Alexandria. A boy residing 1 in Barker's Lane, in the City, is also believed to be attacked, but the case is not yet authenticated.
