Aluany, July 19. The steamship Maliva, with the English mails dated London, July 19, has arrived at King G'corge's, Sound.
Bank Dividend. Sydnky, July 20. The Commercial B.ink h?s declined a dividend of 25 per cent., and £10,000 is added to the reserve fund, and -£10,537 carried to the nev;t account.
Educational Donation. Mr Walter, assistant superintendent of telegiaphs, has given a donation ot £500 fur the foundation of bursarioa to assist poor student-* at the University, one halt the amount for female students.
