No entry will be ieccived except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision .shall be final. All protests must be accompanied with a deposit of 3 soys., whioh will be forfeited to the funds of the Club should the Stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious.
