The Land Bill. London, July 13.
In the House of Commons the Irish Land Bill was again under consideration of the Committee. The clause providing for the makiiig of grants to facilitate emigration came up for discussion, and was strongly opposed by the Irish members, who are using every means to obstruct its passage. The debate on the clause is continuing.
