PIRONGIA HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEtf that the Pirongia District Board intend to take Land for a Road through Lot 216, Pariah of Pirongia, as the same is described in the Schedule hereunder, and that a plan of the land proposed to be taken is lying at the residence of the Chairman of the Board at Harapepe for inspection, and the Board call upon any person affected thereby to set forth in writing any well-grounded objection to the taking of the said land, and to send in such writing to the Chairman of the District Board within forty days from this date, in terms of the 22nd clause of the Public Works Act 1876.
