The Victorian Parliament. Melbourne, July 12.

Parliament re-assembled to-day after the adjournment. At a sitting in the Legislative Assembly there were only two members oa the Government benches behind the new Ministers. The rest of the House was made up of members of the Opposition and the Corner party. No business was transacted, and the House, adjourned to the 28th instant, to give time for the Ministry re-elections.
