Small-pox in Sydney. Sydney, July 12.
A. fresh case was reported yesterday. The person attacked is a woman living in the suburb of Ultimo. There are now twelve infected houses in the city and suburbs. A Small-pox Board has been appointed to devise fresh moans for preventing the spread of the disease, and a special quarantine station is now in course of construction at Little Bay, in Port Jackson, where all small-pox patients Avill be sent. Another case of small-pox has been reported to the Board of health to-day The sufferer is Elizabeth Tompleton, who lives with her parents in Pyrmont, one of the Ruburbs adjoining the city. The family have been placed in quarantine.
