In the matter of the " Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876," and the several amendments thereof, and of the bankruptcy of CHARLES OTHO MONTROSE, of Cambridge, in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, Journalist, a debtor.

This is to Notify that at the first meeting of Creditors of the above-named Charles Otho Montroae, held at the District Court House, Hamilton, this day, Thomas Wells, of Cambridge, aforesaid merchant, was elected the Creditors' Trustee in Bankruptcy, of the property of the said debtor, and that the said Thomas Wells has signified to me in writing his acceptance of the said office of Trustee. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pirongia District Board intend to take Land for a Road through Lot 216, Parish of Pirongia, as the same is described in the Schedule hereunder, and that a plan of the land proposed to be taken is lying at the residence of the Chairman of the Board at Harapepe for inspection, and the Board call upon any person affected thereby to set forth in writing any well-grrounded objection to the taking of the said land, and to send in auch writing to the Chairman of the District Board within forty days from this date, in terms of the 22nd clause of the Public Works Act 1876.
