The New Ministry in Victoria. Melbourne, July 9.

Sir Bryan O'Loghlen to-day submitted the following list of a now Ministry to His Excellency the Governor- —Sir Bryan O'Loghlen,Premier,ColonialTr3asurer,and Attorney-General; Mr. J. M. Grant, Chief Secretary and Minister of Education ; Mr D Gaunson, Minister of Lauds; Mr H. Bolton, Postmaster-General; Mr T. Bent, Commissioner of Railways; Mr Young, Minister of Mines ; Mr J. H. Graves, Commissioner of Trade and Customs; Hon. J. S. Dobson, Minister of Justice. The portfolio of Works is still unfilled. The new Ministers were duly sworn in to-day.
