A meetint. of this hocly was held at the offices of Messers Whitaker and Sheehan, Cambridge, on Wednesday evening last, for the purpose of passing all outstanding accounts up to the 30th June. There were present : Messers Campbell, (chairman), Wells, Kirkwood and Johnson. Re Sale-yard fees.— Mr BucklancVs statement of sale-yard fees was received. Re Pound fees. —Mr McVeagh's statement of Pound fees for the half year, having been laid before the Board, was approved of. The following accounts were passed for payment:— Mr Hamblin, £22 15s; Mr Wells, 13s 9d; Mr Montrose, £3 3s; Mr Raynes, 10a ; Mr Bond, 15s ; Messrs Fergusson and Crickett, £3 11s 3d; Waikato Steam Navigation Company, £12 2a lid.
