The Supreme Court. In the Supreme Court to-day, iSorgraty. a scaumn by the ship Ovford, convicted of Violent assault on Pratt, a fellow seaman, sentence was deferred. The remainder of the clay was occupied in hearing' the charge against; Elliot of breaking and entering Porster's boot factory.
