AT the request of the members of the Cambridge Town Board, I hereby convene a PUBLIC MEETING of the Ratepayers, to oonaider tho ndvisability or otherwise of petitioning Parliament to pass the Town District's Bill, and also to take some action in regard to Railway communication for this District. MANGAPIKO HIGHWAY DISTRICT. WHEREAS, under the provisions of "The Rating Act 1876," judgment was given upon the 14th day of May, 1880, in the Resident Magistrate's Court, sitting at Alexandra, for the sum of ten pounds seventeen shillings and sixpence, being arrears of rates clue by Pipiwai, or "the owner" of Lots 112," 113, 114, 115, Parish of Ngaroto, this is to give notice that the said PROPERTY will be LET by Public Auction, under the provisions of the said Act, after six months from the date of this notice, unless the said rates, together with interest at the rate of fifteen per centum per annum from the time when the same became due to the date of payment, and all costs and expenses incurred in recovering the same, and all other rates due on such property up to the date of payment, arc paid prior to such sale.
