Abont thirty gentlemen met in the Parliamentry Buildings this morning to consider how the export of meat daily produced, &c, by the freezing process might be succeasf ully utilifed. The Hon. Precautions against Small-pox. Government are making inquiries as to the extent of the outbreak of small -pox at Sydney, ivith the view of c'iscertaining if it is necessary to take'any precautionary measures here.
