The Reform Bill. Melbourne, June 14.
At a caucus of Mmisteralhts beld today it was decided by 32 to 4 to abandon the Reform Bill. Ou Parliament reassembling to-day, Mr Beiry made a statement, in -which, he confirmed the announcement of the decision of the Ministerial caucus. Sit* Bryan O'Lochlan thereupon moved, ''That another conference of the t<vo Houses sho-ild bo hold on the 84U." A desultory debate followed, and still continues.
