A long and animated debate took place ia the Legislative Assembly in. regard to the Reform Bill. Messrs Finchera, Deaken and' Gabes strenuously opposed its arrangement, and the Opposition unanimously suppoited. Sir Bryan- O'Loghlan moved that another conferences of the two Houses should beh eld. Finally the motion for the adjournment of the debate was cattied, although opposed by Government,
