RE MADIGAN'S APPLICATION FOR A LICENSE.
TO THE EDITOR. I Sir, — In the report of these proceedings which appears in this morning's Mail, Mr Gresham is represented as saying that ho was thrown out of Court by certain neglect on the part of ourselves. This is .jiot correct, we not having been instructed | to do, or remunerated for doing, the act which it was alleged was neglectfully omitted.
