The Victorian Parliament. [REUTERS TELEGRAMS.] Melbourne, Yesterday.
In the Legislative Council, after further t debate, vaWous amendments to the Beform Billj made by the Assembly, were rejected without division, and the House then adjourned till Wednesday next. It" is generally expected that in view of the action of the Council, the Government will now abandon the Reform Bill. A caucas of Ministerialists will be held on Tuesday next, to take the present position of affairs into consideration, and decide upon the course of action.
