Sib,- — I should feelobliged if any of your readers would reply to the following queries : — Whether any olives hafve "ever been grown in the Waikato, and what kind of soil is best suited to their growth. If this branch of aboriculture could be successfully established in this district it would be another means of adding to the incomes of the farmers.— l am &c, J. K. McDonald.
