Extensive Robbery of Jewellery. [BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH , OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Dunedin, Last Night.
At the City Police Court to-day, John Anderson was charged with stealing a large quantity of jewellery from the shop of Geoige Hooper, of Christclnirch. Only a part of the propel fey has been recovered. He was remanded for eight days. John Conncll, for receiving £80 worth of the same, was also remanded for eight days.
