NOTICE. rpHE WHAINGAROA HIGHWAY X BOARD DISTRICT. It. having been proved to me, as provided by the 28th Section of "The Rating Act, 1876," that no Valuation List has been prepared for the Whaingaroa Highway Board District, I do hereby appoint Mr Edward FRihSRLL, of Raglan, as Valuer to make such List, and I order that the same shall be completed and deposited at the Waitetuna fost-office on the 11th day of June next, and all objections thereto shall be delivered at the School-house, Waitetuna, on or before the 20th day of June, and I further appoint a sitting of the Assessment Court, for hearing such objections, to be held at the aforesaid School-house at 3 p.m. on TUESDAY, 21st day of June.
