iorm Bill being rejected. Sydxey, May 28. In the action for libel brought by Mi Gipps, hydraulic engineer, against Mr McElhone, M.L.A., the Litter pleaded the piirilege of Parliament, the alleged hbei having been ■written in a pocketbook of Mr Witheis, M.L.A., within the precincts of the Assembly. The plamtiii has been non-suited.
