To stop the road between Section No. 13 and Sections Nos. 5 and 6. To open a road instead thereof in Section No. 13. AT RUAPUKI. To stop the roads running through Sections Nos. 52, 53, 93, 94, 95 and %. To open instead thereof a road through Sections Nos. 52, 94, 95. AT TE MATA. To stop a road between Sections Nos. 87, 89, 91, and Sections Nos. 88, 90. To open a road instead thereof running- through Sections Noa. 88 and 90. To open a road through Section No. 85. Pans and t-pecifications of which will be left at Camp's Hotel for inspection. No. 2. — Raising road and bridge at Tatnj'here Crossing, near Broad - moadows Estate. Messrs. Main and Snowden being deputed to meet contractors on the ground on Thursday, 26th inst., at 2 p.m. No tenders will bo considered eligible unless accompanied by a deposit of 10 per cent, on amount of tender.
