It has transpired that a further meeting of the Cabinet has been held to consider the reform question, at which it was definitely decided to demand areduc tion of qualification fee of occupiers to £10 instead of £20, as decided at Monday's raeetinpr of Cabinet. The Reform Bill was under consideration in the Legislative Assembly. The Council's amendments were discubsed in a desultory manner, and without any decision being come to in regard to them.
