WELi-iNGToy, Last Night. The Divorce Court opened to-day, when decrees absolute were granted in the cases of Gilfillan v. Gilfillan (Tfanedin), and McGhee v. McGhee (Dnnedin). A rule nisi was granted in the case of Barley v. Barley (Dunedin). Weston v. Weaton (Christcnurch) was adjourned till to-morrow, their Honors taking time to consider whether the fact that the certificate was not issued before marriage would affect the case. Campbell v. Campbell (Christchurch) is proceeding.
