County Race Accident. Grahamstown, Last Night.
An accident to the County Race was repaired in time to allow the batteries to start this morning.
The Board of Health. At a meeting of the Local Board of Health, it was resolved to take legal proceedings to prevent the spread of scarlet fever, of which there are • now aeveral cases.
