Mr Dillons Arrest. London, May 4.
It ia announced that the Irish members of the House of Commons will shortly propose a vote of centmre on the Right Hon. W. E. Forster, Chief Secretary for Ireland, for his action in connection with the arrest of Mr Dillon, M.P.
