Algerian Difficulty. DESPATCH OF 50,000 FRENCH TROOPS. [ BY CABLE.] Paris, April 25.

A telegram has been received from Algeria, reporting that the Arabs there are greatly excited over the, state qf the relations between France and Tunis, and are showing a strong warlike feeling. The French Government have jriven ordora for the immediate despatch of 50,000 troops to Algeria, preparatory for an emergency.
