At an Adjourned Meeting of the Waikato County, held on MONDAY, the 21st day of February last, it was unanimously resolved to approve and confirm a reholution passed by Ratepayers of the Kirikiriroa Highway District held at Hamilton EasL on SATURDAY", the loth day of January, 1881, to Stop lioads hereinunder mentioned, and to take land for new roiids in exchange for the same. ; I, Andrew Primrose, Chairman of the ' Kirikiriroa Highway Diratrict Board^ do hereby publicly notify in terms of Section 4 Sub-section h of the "Public Works Act, 1880,'' that the said roada have in every respect been legally Stopped, and that from henceforth they shall cease to be Public Highways.
