INTERCOLONIAL. Sydney, April 26.
The 'investigations of the City Building Surveyor into the construction of the Sydney Town Hall, have resulted in fresh disclousures. He has nosy discovered that the plastering is of a very inferior quality, and not in accordance with the specifications. The City Council have the matter under consideration, and contemplate instituting legal proceedings against the contractor.
