Monument to Beaconsfield. London, April 25.

Both Houses of Parliament re-assembled to-day, after the Easier recess. In the House of Commons, the Hon. W. E. Gladstone made a speech, in which he referred in terma of deep regret to the death of the late Earl Beaconsfield, and gave notice of motion, to come on in a fortnight's time, in favor of funds being voted for the erection of a monument to the late Earl in Westminster Abbey. In the Houße of Lords several peers took occasion to refer to the death of Earl Baconsfield, all expressing great regret at tho sad event.
