TOWNSHIP OF OXFORD. Postponement of Sale.
The sale of the Oxford township, on the Okoroiri property of Messrs Maclean and Co., which was advertised by Mr J. S. Buckland to be sold on Thursday, has been postponed to some future date, of which due notice will be given by advertisement in these columns. In addition to the township allotments, Mossrs Maclean purpose offering a portion of their estate, in the immediate vicinity, for sale in small farms of 50 to 150 acres or more. Thia proceeding will have the effect of greatly enhancing the importance o£ the township, and at the same time ofl'er an excellent opportunity to people in search of small agricultural holdings.
