The Turo-Hellenic Difficulty. London, April 20.

In consequence of the continued difficulty in the way of the settlement of the Turko -Greek frontier question, the Powers have now made a proposal to the Gorernment of the two countries that a convention should be held under their auspices, with a view to bring about a complete and final determination of the frontier difficulty.
